Hom, which I believe means "good fragrance" in Thai, was a great lunch stop during our motorcycle trip. There were five of us riding together, and when we arrived the restaurant was already busy with locals, which is usually a very good sign. Despite the crowd, we were warmly welcomed and quickly shown to a table. There wasn't a traditional menu. Instead, you order from a Thai checklist where all the dishes are written in Thai along with the prices, and you simply tick the items you want. It might be a little challenging if you don't read Thai, but it adds to the local experience. After ordering, the food arrived fairly quickly, and it was obvious that everything had been freshly prepared. Every dish we ordered was delicious and full of flavor. The quality of the food really impressed all of us. Combined with the friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and very reasonable prices, this was an excellent dining experience. We'll definitely stop here again the next time we're passing through, and I can happily recommend it to others. Price per person: ฿1–200

No need for endless options when the few they offer are perfected to a T. Avoid the peak lunch hour if you're in a rush! The place gets packed with locals, and since everything is made to order with care, the wait time can be a bit long. But trust me, one bite of their food and you'll forget all about the wait.
