Only tried their salmon salad because we are craving for it. Saw reviews on tik tok bout burn busaba is a must try for Thai food but supposed it over rated. Cost almost S$30 (748 baht) for the dish with added salmon and 1 coke. In my opinion, it’s slightly pricey, considering the taste is quite ordinary. Burn Busaba at Siam Paragon truly exceeded my expectations and has quickly become one of my favorite spots for Thai cuisine in Bangkok. The restaurant perfectly blends authentic Thai flavors with modern presentation. The staff were equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The dishes themselves were nothing short of spectacular. The spicy salad with crab roe marinated in fish sauce was an absolute standout. It was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced — spicy, tangy, and slightly salty with the rich, creamy texture of the crab roe tying everything together. The flavor was so well-layered and addictive that it left a lasting impression. It’s the kind of dish that captures the soul of Thai cuisine — bold, complex, and deeply satisfying. Then came the Hat Yai–style deep-fried chicken, which completely blew me away. I’ve had fried chicken in many places, but nothing quite like this. The skin was incredibly crisp and flavorful, while the meat stayed moist, tender, and juicy. Every bite had that beautiful contrast of crunch and succulence, with just the right amount of seasoning that made it utterly irresistible. It’s easily one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had. Beyond these highlights, the rest of the menu was also impressive, offering a wonderful variety of traditional and creative Thai dishes. Each plate looked like it was crafted with care, showcasing both visual beauty and attention to flavor. The restaurant’s overall atmosphere making it perfect for both casual lunches and dinners. Burn Busaba isn’t just another Thai restaurant — it’s a place that celebrates the depth and diversity of Thai flavors in a way that feels fresh and exciting. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, this is one dining experience you shouldn’t miss at Siam Paragon. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and the first things I’ll order are the spicy crab roe salad and that unforgettable Hat Yai fried chicken!
