Terrible experience—avoid this place at all costs! We were sold a bottle of wine that was completely spoiled. While the price (1,500 THB) was clearly listed and not the issue, the quality was the problem. The cork was completely soaked through, and even after letting it breathe, the wine remained undrinkable. When we informed the manager that the wine was spoiled, he refused to acknowledge that a bottle could be faulty and forced us to pay. When we protested—as it is standard practice to replace a spoiled bottle—he actually called the police while we were there with our two young children. The management clearly does not understand the products they sell or basic hospitality. To make matters worse, the owner has been harassing us on Google since we shared our experience. Truly a nightmare; save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The wine had a clearly displayed price of 1,450 Thai Baht. You came to the restaurant with your boyfriend’s family. The male guest ordered, while you, the female guest, ordered wine. No food was ordered at all. You specifically requested to watch the wine being opened, so the staff brought the wine bottle and the corkscrew to your table, and you opened the bottle by yourself. During the process, the cork broke into two pieces, so it had to be opened twice, However,no pieces of cork fell into the wine. After that,you insisted on playing only for the beer and refused to pay for the wine. This behavior was inappropriate and unpleasant, and it caused a disturbance at the restaurant. To resolve the situation fairly and avoid further conflict, we decided to call the police to assist with the negotiation, which was the correct and appropriate action. We are only a small business. The wine that was opened and then not paid for became a direct cost that we had to bear.For a small shop like ours, this is a significant loss. Stopped by around 18:00 to have a drink with my partner (and our little kids). I took a beer, my partner wanted a glass of wine. There only a whole bottle, which was a big out of our budget, yet we thought to buy it as the day after is my Partner's birthday. My partner opened the wine, the cork broke, and once the cork was out, we saw that the wine is damaged (was very easy to see by the color and texture of the cork). A taste confirmed it. We asked the owner to replace the wine with a new one, as this is the usual expected behavior in these cases. The owner refused. So we decided to leave. The owner requested us to pay the full price for the defective wine. We refused, so they called the police. We didn't want to handle police with our little kids, so we just paid the full amount, left, and wrote this review. The owner response (in the review) was aggressive and now we feel less confident here. Take caution. Price per person: ฿600–800 Service: 1

พาครอบครัวกลับประเทศ อิสลาเอล รอเอาหัวโหม่งมิชไชค์ของคุณไปชะถ้าจะมาทำนิสัยแย่ๆกับไทยแบบนี้เดินมาหากินฟรีไม่จ่ายตังสำหรับประเทศเรามันน่าเกรียดมาก เป็นผู้ชายแท้ๆแทนที่จะห้ามแฟนของคุณแต่กลับนั่งเฉยปล่อยไห้แฟนทำกิริยาแย่ๆ ขอเปิดไวน์เองทำจุกหักเองกินไปแล้วด้วยแล้วจะมาไม่จ่ายเงินเพียงเพราะจุกไม้ปิดไวน์หักการที่เราแจ้งตำรวจเป็นสิ่งที่ถูกต้องแล้วในเมือคุณไม่ยอมจ่าย ประเทศเาาเป็นแบบนี้และเกือบทุกประเทศที่เจริญแล้วเป็นแบบนี้ พาครอบครัวคุณออกจากประเทศเราไปชะ ว่าเราแจ้งตำรวจต่อหน้าเด็กชึ่งเป็นลูกของคุณแต่สิ่งที่คุณทำต่อหน้าลูกน่าละอายกว่าอีกมากที่เด็กจะต้องมาจดจำนิสัยแย่ๆของผู้เป็นพ่อแม่
