I recently had the pleasure of dining at ราชาเป็ดย่าง Roast Duck Restaurant, formerly known as เฮงกี่, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. Known for its exceptional roast duck and authentic Chinese cuisine, this restaurant surpassed all my expectations and left me with a memorable gastronomic journey. Without hesitation, I opted to try their signature dish, the roast duck. The succulent and tender meat, with its perfectly crispy and flavorful skin, was an absolute delight. Each bite had a heavenly combination of juiciness and distinct Chinese spices, leaving no doubt as to why this dish is their centerpiece. The presentation of the dish was equally impressive; the duck was skillfully carved, showcasing the artistry and precision that goes into its preparation.
