知人や職場の女子が美味しい美味しいと言うので利用してみました。注文したのは限定チキンカレー。ココナッツミルクベースのカレーだと思いますが、添えられた野菜はそれぞれに合う調理法で仕込まれており、チキンレッグもフォークでほぐせるくらいの柔らかさでした。なるほど女子が美味しいという訳だ。ビーガンメニューも豊富でインバウンドの多い高山では、そのような人たちの需要も多いようです。. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

ベジタリアンの外国人に囲まれながらチキンカレーを食べた。補足: 日本人です。カレー自体は美味しくいただきました。特に事前情報を入れず、自分が食べたいと思ったチキンカレーを注文した後に入店してきた方がいずれもオーストラリア人のベジタリアンの方で、自分だけがチキンカレーを食べることを気まずく感じたという個人の感想です。こちらの投稿は自分が来店した日に自分が勝手に肩身を狭い思いをしたという印象の記録であり、お店の方針や特定の宗教、思想を否定するものではありません。. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner

ご来店ありがとうございます。当店は、海外からお客様も多くヴィーガン、ベジタリアンの方も対応しています。投稿者は日本の方だと思いますが、『ベジタリアンの外国人に囲まれながらチキンカレーを食べた。』との内容に、ベジタリアンに対しての嫌味の様な表記の投稿は同じ日本人として残念ですね。ベジタリアンの方も食事を楽しみに来ています。ご理解下さい。逆にベジタリアンの方が、横でチキンを食べていて肩身が狭いと感じますか？ベジタリアンの方、ヴィーガンの方、ハラルの方、色々な人が居ますが皆さん理解して日本の食事を楽しみます。何か自分に不都合で、肩身が狭いと感じる度に、アチコチに書き込みをする意味があるのでしょうか？こちらは、沢山のベジタリアンの方も読む場所です。記録が残したいのであれば、自分のブログや絵日記に記載下さい。迷惑です。

It is difficult to eat full of vegetables in Japan. This soup curry is an orthodox Hokkaido style (the boss is from Hokkaido, and the proprietress is from Aichi Prefecture). There are a lot of vegetables, at least 8 kinds, some of which can't be seen under the soup XD, and it will vary according to the season. The seasoning is refreshing and tasty enough to finish the soup. (Personally, I think Nagoya eel rice, miso-style tonkatsu, udon noodles, and Shijishan seasoned fried chicken wings are all salty. I have eaten heavy flavors in southern Taiwan, and Nagoya is even better @@) In terms of serving size, it is recommended that female friends order 150g, which is about 2 bowls in Taiwan (if you have a smaller appetite, you can ask the proprietress if it can be less), and men can order regular 200g. In terms of spiciness, I order 1 level of spiciness = Taiwan slightly spicy (pure flavor level, not too spicy, if you want spicy but not too spicy, you can order 2 levels, it should be mild to medium spicy), friends order 3 levels = Taiwan It's very spicy (my friend is a spicy lover who doesn't like spicy food, so it's really spicy). The proprietress in charge of the outfield is very nice and can speak simple English^ ^. In addition, it is also a parent-child friendly restaurant, parents with children are welcome to eat~. The location of the store is a bit hidden, and the entrance is in the alley opposite an orange-red signboard noodle shop on the street. (It is recommended to use google map to search for "ちとせ". After finding this orange-red sign shop, go to the alley next to the parking lot opposite. Because Google map directly navigates to "スープカリーたま" and navigates to another road.
