お料理美味しい 居酒屋メニューもありますが、晩御飯を食べる場所として最高です。 ハンバーグ&カットステーキセットと本鮪のお刺身、若鶏のたたきを頂きました。どれも美味しかったです！ メニューには元オホーツク紋別ホテルシェフのホワイトカレーなるものもあり、次回は食べてみたいなと思いました！ きっかけは雰囲気が良さそうだったので、マッチングアプリの初デートで選びました。残念ながらお相手の育ちの悪い様で、お店の予約などお構いなしで当日に消息不明となり意気消沈。 そんな状況下でも1人で伺いやすい雰囲気、そして満足させてくれるお料理を提供してくれます. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. • Seared domestic beef sushi (国産牛三角の炙り寿司): Absolutely delicious — the beef melted in the mouth and was perfectly torched to enhance its rich flavor. • Hokkaido beef tataki salad (道産牛のたたきサラダ): Fresh and tender with a light dressing that balanced the beef beautifully. • Sweet shrimp potato macaroni gratin (甘海老のポテト マカロニグラタン): Comforting and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness from the shrimp. • Fluffy and melty demi-glace omelette rice (ふわとろデミオムライス): A highlight of the meal! The egg was incredibly soft, and the demi-glace sauce brought it all together perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy creative and high-quality Japanese dining in Sapporo!
