二回目の訪問でしたが、今回もこばまるさんの温かさに救われました。 今日は昼休憩も取れず、仕事でクタクタの状態でお店に到着。 そんな疲れた身体に、まず迎えてくれたのが とってもチャーミングなママの笑顔。 このお店の一番の魅力は、やっぱりママの人柄だと思います。 自然と気持ちがほぐれていくような、あの柔らかい空気はここでしか味わえません。 注文したのは「もつ煮」と「焼うどん」。 もつ煮は本格的な鍋で提供され、味噌の香りがふわっと広がり、 冷えた身体をじんわりと温めてくれました。 味噌のコクと、丁寧に煮込まれたもつの旨みがしっかり感じられて、 思わず「これこれ」と声が出そうになるほど。 焼うどんも香ばしく、疲れた身体にちょうどいい優しい味付け。 仕事終わりに食べると、心まで満たされる一皿でした。 同席したメンバーはスンドゥブを注文していて、 そちらも湯気と香りがとても美味しそう。 次回はぜひスンドゥブも味わってみたいと思います。 料理の美味しさ、居心地の良さ、そしてママのチャーミングさ。 どれを取っても「また来たい」と思わせてくれる素敵なお店です。 ふらっと立ち寄っても、しっかり癒される場所。 これからもお世話になりたいお店です。 This was my second visit, and once again, Kobamaru-san's warmth saved me. Today, I arrived at the shop completely exhausted from work, without even taking a lunch break. The first thing to greet my weary body was the incredibly charming smile of the owner. I truly believe the greatest charm of this place is the owner's personality. That soft atmosphere, where your mood naturally relaxes, is something you can only experience here. I ordered the “stewed offal” and “grilled udon noodles”. The stewed offal came in an authentic hot pot, its miso aroma gently wafting up, slowly warming my chilled body. The richness of the miso and the deep umami of the carefully simmered offal came through perfectly, almost making me sigh, “This is it...” The yakisoba noodles were fragrant and had a gentle seasoning, just right for a tired body. Eating this after work was a dish that truly satisfied my soul. The others at our table ordered sundubu, and the steam and aroma from theirs looked incredibly delicious too. Next time, I definitely want to try the sundubu. The delicious food, the cozy atmosphere, and the charming mom.
