新橋ランチの隠れた名店！極上出汁ラーメンとハイクオリティな本格寿司が1500円で味わえる、至福のコスパ最強ランチ 平日のランチタイムに訪問。オフィス街・新橋で「お寿司とラーメンのセット」という、ありそうでなかった珍しい組み合わせが楽しめると聞き、ずっと気になっていたお店です。 注文したのは、お目当てのラーメンとお寿司のセット。価格は1,500円と非常にリーズナブルですが、運ばれてきた料理を見てその圧倒的なコスパの良さに驚かされました。 まずはラーメンから。スープを一口飲むと、優しくも深みのある出汁の旨味が五臓六腑に染み渡ります。非常に上品で洗練された仕上がりです。そして面白いのが、丼のフチに添えられた網に入った鰹節。これをスープに浸していくことで、食べ進めるうちに鰹の豊かな風味がさらにプラスされ、見事な「味変」を楽しめます。麺やチャーシューとの相性も抜群でした。 そしてセットのお寿司ですが、これが「おまけ」の域を遥かに超えた本格派。ネタの新鮮さはもちろん、職人の丁寧な仕事が感じられるクオリティの高さで、一貫ごとに感動してしまいました。 この内容、このボリュームで1,500円は新橋エリアのランチとしても破格の満足度だと思います。お腹も心も満たされる大満足のランチでした。また必ず伺います！ A Hidden Gem for Lunch in Shimbashi! I'd been curious about this restaurant for a while, having heard about its unusual combination of "sushi and ramen set" in the Shimbashi business district. I ordered the ramen and sushi set I'd been looking forward to. The price was a very reasonable 1500 yen, but I was amazed by the incredible value when the food arrived. First, the ramen. Taking a sip of the soup, the gentle yet deep umami of the broth permeated my entire being. It was a very elegant and refined finish. What was interesting was the bonito flakes in a net placed on the rim of the bowl. By dipping these into the soup, the rich bonito flavor was further enhanced as I ate, allowing me to enjoy a wonderful "flavor change." It paired perfectly with the noodles and char siu. And the sushi that came with the set was far beyond a mere "bonus"—it was truly high-quality. Not only was the freshness of the ingredients exceptional, but the meticulous work of the chef was evident in the high quality; I was impressed with every single piece. For this content and volume, 1,500 yen is an incredibly reasonable price for lunch in the Shinbashi area. It was a truly satisfying lunch that filled both my stomach and my heart.
