絶品の焼き魚ランチ！「たかすい」 福岡市中央区渡辺通にある、魚が主役の定食屋「たかすい」さんに行ってきました。 店舗情報 店名: たかすい 住所: 〒810-0004 福岡県福岡市中央区渡辺通2丁目2-10 今回いただいたメニュー 極サバ塩焼き定食：1,180円（税込） （ご飯、お味噌汁、お漬物、大根おろし付き） 支払い対応方法 現金、および各種キャッシュレス決済（クレジットカード、QRコード決済等）に対応しています。 感想 運ばれてきた瞬間に、焼き魚の香ばしい香りが食欲をそそります。 今回注文した「極サバ塩焼き」は、皮目がパリッと焼き上げられ、身は驚くほどふっくらとしていてジューシー！脂の乗りが抜群で、大根おろしと一緒に食べるとさっぱりとしていて、いくらでもご飯が進みます。 嬉しいサービスとして、入口近くのカウンターに無料の「鯛だし」や薬味が用意されています。定食の後半で、ご飯に焼き魚をほぐして乗せ、この鯛だしをかけて「出汁茶漬け」にすると、これがまた絶品！一杯で二度楽しめる、大満足のランチでした。 魚好きの方には、ぜひ一度訪れてほしい名店です！ Exquisite Grilled Fish Lunch at "Takasui" I recently visited "Takasui," a set-meal restaurant in Watanabe-dori, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, where fish is the star of the show. Review The savory aroma of grilled fish stimulated my appetite the moment it was served. The "Premium Salt-Grilled Mackerel" I ordered had a perfectly crispy skin, while the flesh was incredibly fluffy and juicy! The fish was rich and fatty, and eating it with grated radish made it refreshing—it paired perfectly with the rice. One highlight is the self-service counter near the entrance, where they provide free "Sea Bream Dashi" (broth) and condiments. Towards the end of the meal, I flaked some of the grilled fish onto the remaining rice and poured the dashi over it to make "Dashi-Chazuke." It was absolutely delicious! Being able to enjoy the meal in two different ways made it a very satisfying lunch. If you are a fish lover, this is a must-visit spot in Fukuoka! 近くのホテルに宿泊した際に夕食難民となって行き着いたお店。入店が日曜日の20時半と、定食屋にしてはピークの時間を過ぎていたこともあってか、先客は2名ほどだった。 注文はテーブル上の端末から。あんまり期待しないほうが良いかなと思いつつも、サバの塩焼きとみりん干しと迷って後者を注文。1,380円。思ったよりも身が小さかったけど味は良かった。甘みが少し強すぎるかなと思ったけど。最後は出汁茶漬けにした。 閑散時とあって厨房付近にいた店員からは入口が少し距離があるためか、入店時と会計時に声かけた際反応が鈍かった。ただ、応対自体は丁寧だったので、魚の定食が気軽に食べたい時はまた来てもいいなと思った。 Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
