割烹つる幸が閉業されて 百楽荘がオーナーになり、 新しくなったつる幸 知新庵。 駐車場はあります。 宿泊もできますが、飲食だけでも大丈夫。 予約必須で18時のカウンター一斉スタート。 ※宿泊者は部屋での提供可能。 食べたもの： 1人総額36000円程度(お酒２杯程度含) 蟹のシーズンは＋2万程度。 春のお花見がテーマになってて春爛漫。 器は旧つる幸からの物が多い。 蛍烏賊もすごかったけど 花山椒と雲丹と能登牛の組合せは あらーと思うけど、美味しいものは美味しい。 とにかく気さくで陽気な店主人さんで 気さくで陽気な食事で楽しかった！ 手洗いの花や近くの喫煙場が気になったり まだ手探りなかんじもあったけど どれも美味しかったし大満足でした。 支払いはPayPayかクレカ決済にも対応。 Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

That was a very impressive, memorable, and delicious Japanese dining experience. Every dish had its own story, and each ingredient was locally sourced. This course is a wonderful way to experience Kanazawa through its cuisine. The staff were extremely friendly and provided exceptional Japanese hospitality, which left a lasting impression on me. They served seasonal dishes paired with local seasonal sake, and everything was outstanding. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
