We had a good meal at ゆめひびき－夢響－, with a few standout dishes. The most memorable by far was the potato salad—honestly one of the best we've ever had. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly textured, it was a surprising highlight of the evening. The rest of the meal was solid, though not every dish stood out. Still, the atmosphere was calm and the experience overall was enjoyable. Make sure to reserve in advance, as the space is small and fills up quickly.
