ずっと気になったお店。この日はちょうど開店時間直後に通り掛かったので、入店してみた。 店内はアルプスの少女ハイジの家風？ 席につき、すぐに『チリコンライス』をオーダー。 チリコンライスは簡単にいえば、キーマカレーのトマトチリバージョン(？) まずはサラダからと思い、野菜を口に運ぶと、これが圧倒的な美味しさ。なんていうんだろ？野菜が水水しさと本来の味を強く主張してくる。このサラダおかわりしたい チリコンライスは美味しいのはもちろんだけど、一緒に煮込まれた大豆がとにかく美味しい添えられたトウモロコシ、ブロッコリー、カボチャ、ジャガイモ全部美味しい。 ベルクさんでは地元産の野菜を中心のお料理をメニューにしている。おとなりはすぐ畑。このお店は最強の農家カフェレストランなのか？ これはもちろんリピ決定なのだ。(冬季は休業だそうです).
