My wife and i stumbled across this restaurant, and peaked inside and were thrilled to see a Mexican restaurant!
The owner asked us to pick a table, and we told him we would have to come back another time, because we didnt have enough yen on us to eat dinner.
He said "pay when you come next time.. cause you will be back"
He was not wrong.. was the kindest gesture, and we dang sure came back over and over again... Miss this place 20 years later!
