新店かわいいベトナム料理屋の高菜チャーハンに入ってるカリカリの正体は 地元の新店調査 いろは寿司が残念ながら閉店してしまい、代わりにベトナム料理屋が出来たと知って向かいます 可愛い外観と清潔な店内。 本当、ベトナム料理屋さんって可愛いお店が多い 2階も広く沢山あります。 平日のランチタイム限定のミニフォーとバイミーがついてくるお得なセットを食べたかったけれど、土日はお休みとのことで断念 仕方なく単品でオーダー 【牛肉レアのフォー】980円 うわぁ和食よりも優しいスープ かなり、優しい。 お肉はモチコリな食感。 一緒に届いたモヤシとレタスはサラダかと思いきや、好きなタイミングでフォーにいれるらしい。 あたたかいサラダうどんのような味わい。 【牛肉と高菜のチャーハン】1100円 わっ美味しそう お花の形をした人参さんもいて、盛り付けも綺麗 んんご飯の中に何やらカリカリしたものが入ってるぞ 天かすのような、クスクスのような 聞いてみたら、ご飯のおこげ 味付けは意外とあっさり、見た目は濃そうに見えるけど、全然濃くない。 【豚耳の和え物】950円 レモンの爽やかな味付けで、美味しい ナムルのような材料が、柔らかなミミガーと合わさります。 ナッツのカリカリした食感も良き 何故かでてきた 【皮パリパリ豚バラ肉のロースト】1150円 衣がかなりバッリバリ 異文化過ぎて、2人で首をかしげてしまった 営業時間はなんと朝6時から お得なランチセットは平日の11時〜13時のオーダーのみだそうです。 メニューを見てもよく分からない日本がちょいちょい混ざっていて、店員さんとのコミュニケーションもスマホ使ったり。 ほんま、外国に来たみたい 夫くんは、食べ慣れないアジアな味付けで、難しかったみたい 女友達と来るべきお店でした。 帰りに外国の飴ちゃんくれました。 駐車場はお店に向かって左手の11番、1台のみ。 Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

ランチにフォーをいただきました。 ベトナム料理は初めてでしたが、スープがとても美味しく、あっさりしていて食べやすいのに量もあって大満足でした。 お好みで胡椒や唐辛子とニンニクが浸けてあるナンプラーをかけて食べます。 お店も綺麗でスタッフの方も感じがとてもよいので、次は他の料理も食べてみたいと思います。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000

Tried a small selection at Minna Quan, and it turned out to be a very satisfying Vietnamese meal. The beef pho was the highlight — the broth was clean and comforting, with a gentle depth that builds as you eat. The rice noodles were silky, and the fresh herbs, lime, and crunchy toppings added a nice balance of texture and brightness. I also ordered the Vietnamese-style beef salad, which was refreshing and well-balanced. The thinly sliced beef paired nicely with the crisp vegetables and peanuts, giving it a light yet flavorful profile. The spring rolls — both fresh and fried — were solid. The fresh ones felt light and clean, while the fried ones were crispy without being greasy, great for sharing alongside the dipping sauces. Portions were generous, and everything felt honest and unpretentious. It’s not a place aiming to impress with complexity, but rather with consistency and warmth.
