A morning cafe where the local elders of Hirano gather to have their daily breakfasts and socialize. The shopkeeper is an amazingly kind lady; often offering free fruits and small gifts to take home, having friendly conversations with everyone, and bringing a vibrant energy to the place. The food feels close to home and is delicious. Come between 7-9 AM to really take in the atmosphere. If I recall correctly, they offer breakfast until 10 AM, then serve their lunch menu afterwards. However, as this place is known for being a local breakfast spot, definitely come early in the morning.
