結構大きな有頭海老を鉄壺で蒸し焼きにした料理でニンニク味と胡椒味がお薦め。ビールとの相性は最高！

海老を蒸し焼き？にして味付けしてあります。
海老好きにはたまらない、行って損はないお店です^^
壺に入ってくるので、トングで掴んで壺のふちにかけて冷ましてから食べます。最初来た時はめっちゃ熱々なので素手で掴まないように…
味付けの種類も豊富でレモンとバターと胡椒を食べましたが、どれもプリプリでしっかりした海老でした。味付けはだいぶ濃いめなのでビールによく合います！
ご飯は水槽の奥に食べ放題でありました。セルフなので自分でよそいに行く感じです。
めちゃめちゃハマったので次回もまた行きます〜

This restaurant specializes in serving shrimp that are raised right in their own tanks, guaranteeing an unparalleled level of freshness and quality that’s hard to find elsewhere. One dish you absolutely cannot miss is the salt and pepper shrimp. The combination of salty and spicy flavors is expertly balanced, making each bite a delightful experience. Another standout is the spicy and sour shrimp, which features an intensely flavorful sauce that perfectly complements the shrimp. It’s so delicious that it’s hard to resist pouring it over a bowl of rice—definitely a dish that could become addictive! In addition to the shrimp, I highly recommend trying the grilled fish belly. It’s rich and fatty, offering a different texture and taste that pairs well with the other seafood offerings. However, I did find some of the other dishes to be on the sweeter side, which may not suit everyone's palate. As for the soup, it was fairly standard and didn’t leave a lasting impression. It was good, but nothing to write home about. Overall, the real star of the show here is undoubtedly the shrimp. The shrimp is the best. The shrimp is the best. The shrimp is the best! When something is this good, it deserves to be said three times! If you find yourself in Taipei, make sure to stop by 一品活蝦市民店 for an unforgettable seafood experience.
