二年前にすごく良かったんですが、今回値上がりした分は食材はそこまで上がってません、ちょっとがっかりしましたね。次回行くことはないですね…. Price per person: $2,000+

比較的手頃なお店。 お酒持ち込みもオッケーで、コース終わった後にお寿司の追加も可能。 店主も、しっかりしてるもラフな感じで、日本人には優しいです。. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,800–2,000

一期一會(鮨) is perhaps one of the best deals in sushi in Taipei that I've tried. I've always associated sushi with high-end fine-dining. So many shops have prices that hover around the NT$8000 range, so I was very surprised that there was a sushi restaurant at NT$800-1200. For 8 pieces of nigiri, NT$800 is an absolute steal. NT$100 per extra piece (has to be new) is amazingly well priced as well. I love the way the menus are set up; you can circle your orders or have a full omakase experience. Even though the interior is designed like a high-end sushi bar, 一期一會(鮨) has a relaxed atmosphere; the staff are very friendly and helpful. That said, I think there is still a ways to go from 一期一會(鮨) and more prestigious places in Taipei. The quality of produce is evident in more expensive places, but it may not be worth the price to some. I think 一期一會(鮨) is the best entry to the world of sushi; a casual atmosphere, pocket-friendly prices, and friendly staff are all highlights at this restaurant.
