アニメの旗が目を引いたので、今日もラーメンを食べた。今回「本多原湯」の豚骨ラーメンを注文したが、ダシはちょっと酸味があって、多少マイナス評価を付けたと思うが、そのネギが救った。ちなみに、麺の硬さは調整不可。

一本拉麵·梟 位於高雄市文化中心附近的一家拉麵店。 不錯的裝潢，很簡約。 環繞著日式氛圍。 人行道邊落地窗有貼拉麵照片， 以及菜單供客人參考。 帶點傳統日式輕工業氛圍的座位空間，用餐空間不大，但並不擁擠。 還設有L型吧台座位區， 以及沿著牆面的兩人座位。 看的出來都是店長裝潢設計上的巧思。 點菜單提供給客人自行圈選， 在這家店裡， 提供很多種不同拉麵的口味可選擇， 還有配菜、每日限定飯類及飲料類等。 拉麵湯頭濃郁，麵質細緻。 一切搭配起來都在水準之上， 只能說好吃的無庸置疑。 絕對值得大家來嘗試嘗試。 A ramen shop located near Kaohsiung City Cultural Center.
