Soba : cooking time just right.
Soba sauce : a bit strong but tasty.
Pork chop : it is thick cut. Cooking time perfect making the meat very juicy and tender.
Coffee : to my surprise, it comes with “HOT” milk, even 5 star restaurants may not do this.
