The restaurant looks amazing, but unfortunately, it’s a case of style over substance. Despite the premium branding, the Wagyu was not very fresh and the meat quality was strictly average. The service was also disappointing. They have a cotton candy Sukiyaki gimmick where the candy is supposed to melt into the sauce, but the staff completely forgot about it and only came to remove it toward the end of the meal. It felt disorganized and pointless. Great for photos, but definitely not the place for a quality Wagyu experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $250–300 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Service is bad, setting is uncomfortable, bad experience overall. Came with my wife for a nice lunch. Thinking beef is good, we ordered the fried beef on rice and shabu shabu to share. The fried beef was overcooked. The shabu shabu set was served as food only, with no tableware or bowl. The plastic chopsticks doubled as cookware, that I wasn't ok with sharing with raw meat. So had to ask for cooking tongs. The grill below the table means there's no legroom, and the wooden chair has narrow armrests so (as larger guy) am unable to comfortably sit with feet constrained together. Tight chair together with the undertable stove, the setting is poorly designed and uncomfortable. Portions are small and over rated, won't come back. Meal type: Lunch
