Accidentally stumbled upon this crowded Shanghainese restaurant, and it turned out to be a fantastic surprise! Xiaolongbao: Super juicy with a naturally sweet, fresh pork filling. Did not disappoint. Scallion Pancake (Must-Order!): Thick and artisanal. Crispy on the outside, chewy inside, and packed with scallion aroma. The Classics:. Braised Wheat Gluten (Kao Fu): Authentic and perfectly absorbs all the rich sauce. Stir-fried Eel: Generous portion with fresh, snappy eel. Noodles and dim sum are yummy. Highly recommended as I tried it before and I come back again.
