I had to wait in line for a bit when I went on a weekday evening, but the wait wasn’t too long. There was quite a wide variety of ingredients, and everything was well-marinated and flavorful. However, some pieces were cut a bit too large, which made them slightly difficult to eat. I ordered pig’s head skin that day, but unfortunately, I wasn’t very lucky—it was almost all fat. Since the owner managed the stall alone, there was usually a bit of a wait. That said, the stall was kept quite clean and well organized.
