中华面莊 is worth visiting for its knife-cut noodles. The noodles are freshly shaved to order, uneven in shape but wonderfully chewy and satisfying. Paired with a rich broth or flavorful spicy sauce, they really stand out. Portions are generous and offer good value for money. However, the overall environment is quite basic—simple, slightly worn, and a bit crowded, more like a quick eatery than a comfortable dining spot. I was searching for mala mixian around the area & found this stall. More than 20 different types of dishes were available. As I was craving for mixian, I ordered the spicy fei chang mixian. Honestly the look of the dish didn't appear to be appealing. Tried the soup & thought it tasted average. Normally the pork intestine will appear to be more dark color, over here it was kinda contrast. Fortunately it tasted fine. Help urselves to the 2 chilies types available. Not a long wait when waiting for my order. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
