Here’s what I tried (and loved!): • Iberico Pork Belly Skewer – juicy, fatty, bouncy my absolute fave • Grilled Fresh Eel Skewer – crispy skin, tender meat, super balanced. • Minced Chicken Stick – crispy outside, juicy inside, dunk it in egg yolk for extra magic. • Thick-Cut Beef Tongue – bold beefy flavour, great chew. • Sake-Steamed Mussels – fresh, briny, with a gentle sake aroma. Other bites like mirin-dried fish, edamame, and chicken cartilage skewers were perfect beer buddies . Overall, the food’s solid, with a few standouts.
