Nice quiet cafe on the busy street for coffee, tea or smoothies. But most of all the lady running the cafe was extremely friendly and helped us find our hotel and offered to look after our bags. Meal type: Other Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
