The noodles is good, while it is fresh, it is also chewy. Eating the rough noodles, I can feel the freshness of the noodles. The restaurant chef tells me that they make the noodles with hands, but not using the machines, so it explains the freshness. If I have the chance, I will definitely go to eat the noodles again. Really delicious!
