hidden private kitchen in TST serving up elevated Chinese cuisine this spot in Tsim Sha Tsui offers spacious seating with private rooms, making it perfect for a special dinner or gathering. the menu focuses on excellent seafood and meat dishes, all made fresh and served piping hot. the squab with stuffed truffles was a standout tender, aromatic, and packed with earthy flavour. the nourishing soups are also worth sharing! do make sure to book in advance as some dishes require pre ordering ahead of time! The food was generally quite delicious, but one thing that baffled us were the portions, as they charge a set menu per head. Some dishes like the fish and the chicken had enough to go around, but other dishes like the tofu (only two pieces) didn’t seem proportional to the number of guests, which was a bit confusing. The path to the toilets could be cleaner, but in general, this place is not bad at all. The fried rice was perfect. Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
