hidden private kitchen in TST serving up elevated Chinese cuisine this spot in Tsim Sha Tsui offers spacious seating with private rooms, making it perfect for a special dinner or gathering. the menu focuses on excellent seafood and meat dishes, all made fresh and served piping hot. the squab with stuffed truffles was a standout tender, aromatic, and packed with earthy flavour. the nourishing soups are also worth sharing! do make sure to book in advance as some dishes require pre ordering ahead of time!
