Broth is light, savoury and gets sweeter with the fresh ingredients added. The beef slices are super fresh and thickly sliced. Service is efficient, but perhaps the instructions could have been communicated more clearly. Not sure whether it’s new staff, we couldn’t quite catch what he was trying to say. But all is good. Recommended when you are craving for authentic hotpot. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
