I really wanted to love this place - the service was kind, the two ladies there worked very hard to get all the orders ready, and the place was in high demand even on an uneventful Tuesday night. I thought given the great reviews and lots of people ordering and eating there, that the food will surely be great. Unfortunately, while the price is very reasonable and portion size good, the food wasn’t. We ordered the signature house made beef noodle soup, the clear beef noodle soup, the minced pork sauce over dry noodles, the beef tendon, the cold marinated cucumber, the seaweed, the soy egg, and boiled veggies. We didn’t even receive our boiled veggies, all the noodles were very overcooked, and the seaweed was mushy and flavorless except for tasting a bit fishy. We picked up the takeout, walked home in 5mins to start eating, and couldn’t force ourselves to continue eating because the beef noodle soups were musty/gamey tasting. The only three items that were decent were the cucumber, soy egg, and beef tendon. We were disappointed and had to toss most of the order out. Sadly, we won’t be going back.
