bad food quality and service 1. We ordered the top-tier all-you-can-eat Japanese Wagyu set. However, the quality of the first round of beef was disappointing. The fat content was inconsistent, and the slices appeared to have been frozen for a while rather than freshly sliced. 2. When I requested a second plate of Wagyu beef, the quality was noticeably better. The slices appeared fresh and the fat content was consistent. However, upon closer inspection, we found some low-quality beef hidden at the bottom, indicating a lack of consistency in serving. It seemed like they simply added fresh slices on top of the first batch of plate. 3. They didn't provide napkins or sauces at our table, while we noticed that other tables had them readily available. 4. When I accidentally spilled water on the table and floor, the waiter witnessed it but made no attempt to assist me. I had to clean it up myself in front of him. 5. I inquired about hot tea and was directed to the self-serve bar. However, when I went to get tea for myself and my family, the waiter mistakenly thought we were leaving without paying and attempted to chase us out.
