We were drawn to their 崩沙腩, especially after seeing the mouthwatering pictures on the menu. It was also the most expensive dish in the shop. Unfortunately, we were hugely disappointed after the first bite. The beef was tough, poorly cooked, and we couldn’t even tell what kind of meat it was. It definitely wasn’t the 崩沙腩 we know and love.
