2025年11月8日 土曜日 12:00 並び数分 牛肉麺の人気店です。開店の数分前に来て並びました。ギリギリ最初のバッチでお店に滑り込むことができました。注文は口頭でお店の方に伝えるスタイルです。今回注文したのは以下です。 五色五味牛肉麵 湯 細拉麵 注文してから，やや待ち時間があります。その時間も期待を高めます。小菜は酸辣黃瓜兒を注文したかったのですが、品切れになってしまいました。お店の方がふた切れサービスしてくださいました。 牛肉麺はかなり美味しいです。これはまた食べたいです。ご馳走様でした。. This is indisputably the best beef noodle stew in Taipei. I’ve lived in Taiwan for two years, and have eaten more versions of the dish than I can count, and nothing compares to 來了就吃. I cannot recommend it enough. The beef is perfectly tender, the thick noodles cooked just right, and the broth is my favorite part. It is absolutely to die for. I’ve traveled across the whole world, and if someone asks me for the best thing I’ve ever eaten, this would be it. It is a one man operation, so get there early! No reservations, and there is only a bar with about 12 stools. When you arrive, you’ll see people waiting outside. Open the door, get the attention of the boss (laoban/老闆) and tell him (1) how big your group is and (2) what you are eating. He will tell you your number in the queue, and when he’s ready, he’ll yell for you to come in. Don’t be intimidated! He is hardworking and busy, but very kind. If you arrive before 6:00pm, your chances of getting in are decent. When I’ve arrived later than 6:30, I’ve often been turned away. If the boss doesn’t want to cook for 30 more people at 6:45pm, he won’t—simple! I hope everyone can enjoy 來了就吃！ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
