First visit! I spotted the little sign while looking for parking! Curiosity drove me to immediately get out of the car and follow the aroma inside. It was truly a hidden gem, absolutely amazing! It has a traditional cultural feel, yet offers a relaxed self-service experience! Vegetable platters and meat slices are self-service, as are the ingredients in the refrigerated room – very free and easy, even with condiments. It felt like visiting relatives, haha... a happy and relaxing dining experience. If it's crowded, you'll have to wait patiently; the owner will help you cook the meat and add broth. If it's packed, you can cook the meat and add broth yourself – very fun! It's also very lively, like cooking at home, everyone adding broth and ingredients themselves! A truly vibrant atmosphere! After you've eaten and drunk your fill, just ask the owner to settle the bill! The staff are friendly and welcoming, offering affordable hot pot. Three elderly people are busy preparing, while a younger person tidies up. Simple dining space, but exceptionally delicious food!
