信兵衛" (Xìn bīnguì) refers to a specific Japanese-style restaurant or eatery in Taichung, Taiwan, known for its sashimi rice bowls and located near the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. It is frequently listed as a popular food destination in Taichung, particularly for dishes like the "Salmon Sashimi Mountain Bowl" We self served cold tea, side dishes and also cutlery. They also offer birthday discounts! We were lucky to have ordered 2 sakes and get 1 free! The portion of rice in the bowls were too much in our opinion. Portions of sashimi was generous too. Chawanmushi was nice and silky. Reservations needed if u are in a bigger group. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
