情報の誤りを報告する
There is no interaction with the chef. It feels like eating facing a wall.
The food preparation is good but nothing to write home about. They never inquired about preferences or even allergies. I guess customization is just not their thing. I mean why bother catering to your diner if you can fill the seats serving them one-size-fits-all cuisine.
The service is slow. I got so restless in between the courses that I have time to write this treatise.
But they must be doing something right since the place is full on a Tuesday night.
I don’t want to only complain and criticize this establishment. I’m sure they work hard to make their business work. I think if they cared a little bit more about their customers as individuals, they would really improve the overall experience. After all, the dining experience is not limited to the taste alone.
