Owner adds 10% service fee when you are not Taiwanese. I wouldn't mind paying a service fee, but when it is not mentioned on the menu nor have I ever been required to pay it with a Taiwanese group, it becomes questionable. I have been coming here for years, just be honest and don't rip off international students. Price per person: NT$600–800 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I've been in Taiwan with my fiancée and her son for 7 days. I've been north to south, and had amazing food along the way. But, I'm an American, and sitting at a proper bar felt so comfortable. I ordered the double burger and it blew me away. Super tasty, better than most bar burgers I've had in the states. They have a great happy hour from 6 to 8 (where I currently am typing this from) and the service is friendly and prompt. The pizzas look great too but I'm still too full from that tasty burger. Come hang, they have a great scotch selection and play cool indie music. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
