テイクアウトで利用。店名にもなったいるイカのとろみスープの総合(イカ全種入)大サイズをメインに、紅焼肉、豆皮(湯葉)、青菜の小菜を2人分として注文。NTD220でした。スープは台湾バジルが入っていて香り良し、イカの団子2種と切り身、揚げ煎餅もそれぞれ良い。台湾の料理にしては、スープと湯葉の味付けが少し強かったものの、全て美味しいです。テイクアウトのため店の雰囲気は不明なので、星4つとしました。が、お店は清潔そうでした。. 這家位於中山的魷魚羹專賣店，我們點了3道主食跟一些滷味拼盤。 魚酥羹麵味道還可以，湯頭清淡，但少了一些層次感，魚酥的口感倒是酥脆，與麵條搭配起來並沒有太大的驚喜。 滷肉飯也屬於中規中矩的一道，滷肉的份量不算多，雖然有些微甜味，但香氣不夠濃郁。 乾麵的部分，則相對令人失望。麵條以單純的醬油拌勻搭配一株香菜，整體偏死鹹，缺少其他調味或食材來平衡味道，使得整體吃起來有些單調。 最後滷味拼盤的表現同樣不突出。滷汁的味道普通，滷製的食材也沒有特別入味，僅僅是合格的水準，並沒有讓人印象深刻的風味。 總結六條通魷魚羹比較適合吃粗飽，份量多價格合理，但味道的部分就不能強求，老闆娘很熱情。 Located in Zhongshan, Liu Tiao Tong Squid Geng gives an overall ordinary impression. The Fish Crisp Geng Noodles are decent. The broth is light but lacks depth, and while the fish crisps are crunchy, there isn’t much surprise when paired with the noodles. The Braised Pork Rice is also average. The portion of braised pork is not very generous, and although it has a hint of sweetness, the aroma is not rich enough. As for the Dry Noodles,they are relatively disappointing. The noodles are simply mixed with soy sauce and topped with a single sprig of cilantro. The overall flavor is overly salty, lacking other seasonings or ingredients to balance it out, making the dish rather monotonous. Lastly, the Braised Platter is equally unremarkable. The braising sauce is mediocre, and the braised ingredients are not particularly flavorful. It’s acceptable but lacks any memorable taste. In summary, Liu Tiao Tong Squid Geng is more suitable for a quick, filling meal. The portions are generous and reasonably priced, but don’t expect much in terms of flavor.
