This is the ONLY place to buy freshly made beef and pork jerky (most popular) as well as vegetarian chicken bites (my wife’s favorite snacks) in Hong Kong All of the above mentioned snacks are freshly made daily from their local factory in the New Territories (I forgot to ask the extra location of it). While a lot of people would prefer to go to Macau and buy beef and pork jerky from Koi Kei Bakery (鉅記餅家) and Choi Hueng Yuen Bakery (咀香園餅家), unfortunately, both beef and pork jerky from these two places are not freshly made daily and are actually imported from China Because I had bought both beef and pork jerky from these two most popular bakeries in Macau earlier this week, I was completely blown away by the freshness of the jerky from Kun Van Kau (冠環球) when I tried their jerky for the first time. Their jerky was so fresh that I could simply feel the difference between those I bought from the other two bakery places in Macau A strongly recommended 5 star local jerky shop. I will definitely come back to this place for more snacks when I visit Hong Kong again next time

Hong Kong made beef and pork jerky , a common snack in Singapore & Malaysia, seldom (almost never) saw this in Hong Kong. Nice decent guy manning the shop and serving and sharing stories about his family business. If you are in the neighbourhood, worth trying out HK bakwa.
