I made a reservation at the restaurant over a month in advance specifically to celebrate my wife’s birthday, while we were knowing that many places close during Lunar New Year. Google/Inline sent me a booking confirmation email on February 15, and I even replied to confirm the reservation. Unfortunately, when my wife and I arrived on February 16 (Lunar New Year’s Eve), the restaurant was closed with no prior notice or cancellation. Despite the confirmed booking and my follow-up response, no one contacted me to inform us of the closure. This completely ruined what was meant to be a special evening for my wife’s birthday. We were left without any alternative plans at the last minute, and the experience was deeply disappointing. 本人於一個多月前特別考量農曆新年期間許多餐廳休業之情況，並透過 Google 預訂貴餐廳座位，為慶祝老婆生日。 2 月 15 日收到 Google 訂位確認郵件，本人也已回覆確認。 不料於 2 月 16 日（農曆除夕）抵達時，餐廳大門緊閉，現場並無任何事先通知或系統自動取消訂位之跡象。貴餐廳未主動聯繫告知休業，導致我們錯失慶生計畫，失望至極，整個晚上毫無替代方案，體驗極為不佳。.
