To be honest, the food was okay — not great, just acceptable. But the service was absolutely terrible. The waiter was rude, careless, and clearly did not listen to customers at all. He acted like he could do whatever he wanted. What made this experience completely unacceptable was that a couple was seated right next to us with a dog. The dog was sitting on their laps the entire time, shedding fur right beside our table, and they even opened canned dog food and fed the dog inside the restaurant while people were eating. That is disgusting and unhygienic. I complained to the waiter, but he completely ignored the situation and did nothing. If your restaurant allows dogs or animals inside, you should clearly state that in advance. Some customers, including me, have allergies. How am I supposed to comfortably eat while dog fur is flying around next to my food? Especially when the dog did not even look clean. This was an extremely unpleasant dining experience, and the staff’s attitude made it even worse.
