Kwun Tong is an area with thousands of eateries from local eats to fusion restaurants. This time we stumbled upon Jiang Sen Barbecue for some skewers and a booze. The restaurant had a lot of repeat guests on the night we visited even it was a weekday. Unlike typical skewer places, this place doesn't have the option for guests to choose their preferred spiciness. The flavors of the skewers are solely determined by the chef. Butter Corn Baby Asparagus Garlic Shoot Cheese Portobello Chicken Wing Enoki Mushroom & Beef Roll Lamb Pork & Cherry Tomato Roll The skewers were served one by one so they didn't cool down too quickly. Grilled veggies were a standout especially the baby asparagus and garlic shoot which both had a nice sear. The tender lamb and juicy chicken wings were also pretty tasty.
