このレストランはAirport Core Programme Exhibition Centreのすぐ近くにあります。期待外れの サービスは、多くのゲストが南亭 Nan Tei - Nantei Yakitori - 串燒專門店について指摘する点です。残念ながら、ここを訪れたFacebookユーザーはそれを平均以下と評価しています。
I am a repeat customer and it is the 5th time coming to this place already. Lunch deals are great and the food quality aren't bad. Service usually isn't perfect but i wouldn't complain about it HOWEVER..
today I have a guest from overseas and I decided to treat her with a decent lunch, we ordered 2 lunch sets plus 1 cheese mochi. The staff took our order and reconfirmed with us. We were all happy, finished the food, and asked for the bill. The bill came and they charged us 2 dishes (which i only ordered 1), I came up to them and explained how I only ordered 1. The staff came (Senior), came up to me in a really rude way, "so how many piece did u eat?" I said 2, I told him I wasn't aware that they double up the portion and i thought that is how it is. It is my first time ordering additional dishes and obviously I only order 1, even got confirmation with your staff.
So your staff took the wrong order, the food was doubled the portion, and so this is my fault and i am responsible to pay for it? It is my responsibility to check if there are anything additional on the table? So if i ate it accidentally I have to pay for it? and even got accused as if i am being a thief trying to get away with just 1 portion of food?
This guy was really rude and he got no service at all. Came up to me and said "that's what you ate, so are you not paying for that now? what are you going to pay now? So now you want me to adjust the bill?", I said this is what i ordered and you cant blame it on me for you staff taking the wrong order. He came back with the adjusted bill, THROW THE BILL ONTO OUR TABLE. I was all calm to talk to them about the issue, and I was just here to have a nice time. DO I DESERVE THAT?
This place is forever blacklisted - thanks to that staff of them. Will never come back again, such an horrible experience. and for the rating, sorry they don't even deserve that 1 star.
