DO NOT COME TO THIS RESAURANT IF YOU ARE AFTER NICE UDON. The worst udon experience i have ever had in my life. The 'tomato soup' had very little tomato flavour, tasted very artificial. The udon is a joke and tasted like it had been left in the boiling water for god knows how long. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It arrives looking unique and highly photographic, creating strong initial expectations that, unfortunately, the kitchen does not deliver on. 2. Flavor Profile & Harmony Signature White Curry Udon: While visually striking, the flavor profile lacks cohesion. The components feel disconnected, resulting in a dish that is ultimately unharmonized and falls short of expectations. Beef Pot Udon: A very standard, middle-of-the-road preparation. The broth and ingredients lack depth, yielding a mediocre taste that fails to stand out. 3. Beverage & Execution Yuzu Juice: Entirely average. It provides a standard, predictable flavor with no distinct freshness or premium execution to elevate the meal. Verdict: Despite the enticing visual marketing of their signature dishes, the culinary execution lacks the technical mastery and flavor balance required to make it memorable.
