I really like the fried dumplings here. The filling leans heavy on cabbage with a bit of pork, and there's this subtle sweetness from the cabbage that makes it super tasty. The chili has a good kick, and they don’t mind if you take more—which I really appreciate. Way better than 玉米妹煎餃 nearby, where they literally stop you from getting extra chili like it’s gold or something. That kind of attitude just kills the vibe.
