Must try street food especially the Cart Noodle come with the Soft Boil Egg, Crispy Pork Lard, Chop Pasley & some add on side dished. The clear soup looks simple but when you tried to mixed everything together that's the real texture, the taste which really inspires your taste buds.... No doubt that, they have spend long hour to prepare their spare ribs soup base. It was good experience that, the noodles was pretty awesome & well prepared for all of us. Besides, the Hong Kong milk tea was taste nice & solid as well. Price was affordable to everyone !! Overall, I rated 5/5 to them & I will be back to try their food again when I visit Hong Kong.來到太子的合益小食店，唔试下車仔麵掂得？~合益小食店嘅用心製作車仔麵，相信係對車仔麵愛好者一定感受到，味道一流，有脆卜卜油渣，驚喜位系有較少見的溏心蛋。第一啖即試油麵，爽口、滑不糊口，籮白這時節還是淋甜，餚得很入味，豬红入味之餘還可淋滑，質地控制得相當好而且做得唔錯！俾你5個Like ！！
