Deep-Fried Chicken Thigh $45 The deep-fried chicken thigh is impressively generous in size—almost as big as the palm of your hand. The coating is particularly well done: light, thin, and wonderfully crispy, without the thick layer of batter you sometimes get with fried chicken. This allows the natural crunch and aroma of the chicken skin to stand out. However, the meat was not as juicy as I had expected. It was not the kind of chicken where the juices flow out as soon as you cut into it. The meat seemed to have been marinated beforehand, which made it flavorful, but the overall taste leaned rather salty—I found myself reaching for water several times afterwards. Still, as an indulgent snack, it was quite satisfying. The thin, crispy, airy coating was definitely the highlight. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
