A restaurant with lost identity. Not sure what they are trying to achieve here. It seems like they have been trained at the same institution as several other restaurants. Very similar to 真的好，吉品，and another one which I forgot the name. Set menus all have things that aren't exactly Cantonese nor Taiwanese, but the flavors are a mixture of both. The shark fin soup wasn't braised long enough to make your lips stick together. The steak was thin but tasted very 台. The large shrimp like other high end Taiwanese restaurants, prepared the same way. Way too much mayonnaise. Dim sum was mediocre compared to local hk restaurants. I would try to avoid all these dimsum and go to 吉品 instead. Service is a mess. Some dishes come at the same time. Huge delay in between, and fruits came before hot dessert. A mediocre place with good decor. Perfect for people who think they are high profile.
