Is this FAKE meat? The place looks busy and popular, so I expected decent food, but the dish I received was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had in Hong Kong. The beef looked very strange and didn’t resemble normal meat structure. The slices had an unusual swirl pattern, almost like the meat had been rolled and then cross-cut instead of being a natural cut. The texture was rubbery and unpleasant, which made it difficult to eat. The vegetables were also extremely bitter. This didn’t taste like normal vegetable bitterness — it almost felt like they had been coated or treated with some kind of preservative chemical. I couldn’t finish them. For a place that seems busy and well known, the quality was very disappointing. With so many good restaurants in Hong Kong, this was not one I would come back to. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
