What an incredible family dinner at this restaurant! We ordered a perfect spread of classic Cantonese favorites, and every dish was executed beautifully. The poached chicken (白切雞) was incredibly tender, juicy, and silky — one of the best we've had, with that perfect light soy sauce dip on the side. The crispy roasted duck had gloriously crackling skin and succulent meat, glazed to perfection. The steamed grouper (or seabass) in superior soy sauce with spring onions was fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. We also loved the rich, savory braised eggplant with minced pork in the claypot — so comforting and packed with taste. Paired with some greens, it was a feast! The portions were generous, the quality top-notch, and the atmosphere perfect for catching up with family. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, high-quality Hong Kong-style Cantonese cuisine. We'll definitely be back!
