There are conflicting reviews so this is a detailed and honest experience. The staff is very friendly, while they are busy to focus on cooking, not once were they rude. It was the opposite. I felt the warmth from all workers. The danbings were very thick due to the generous amount of meat filling. Likely these rank in the largest danbings I’ve had in Taiwan. For its style they are indeed a bit more oily that other places. Where they add in size they lack in overall taste. I felt that these were closer to bland or simply just not delicious. Usually danbings are served with great sauces. Not here. The soya sauce somehow is too salty and not the usual pairing. They have one basic spicy sauce option which I give a grade-D. They should seriously make their own sauces. I enjoyed the cheese pull with the white cheese they used - very nice. Luobuogao with fried egg- I ordered this style of radish cake as I didn’t see on the QR code menu how to order with Danbanshou. Again it’s as if they forgot to properly season the food. The egg by itself was bland. They used American cheese on the radish cake and I dont understand why they would do that. Using the white cheese would instantly make this more special. The drink size is fairly large, making the overall CP value good. If you don’t mind an oily breakfast you will really enjoy this place. Note: I prefer this style of danbing and other places have noticeably less of an oily aftertaste. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
